No extra charge — shipping is a flat rate based on location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier demand or unforeseen delays. Please note that if the total order weight is over 25kg or over 100cm, you will need to call 09 949 1092 or be contacted for a delivery quote.

Order DispatchOrders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
All orders include tracking, and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
⚠️ Dangerous Goods & Bulky ItemsWe do ship dangerous goods (such as resins or hardeners) in compliance with NZ shipping regulations. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery if special handling is required.

You may be required to return the item (at your cost) for inspection.
